[2022 BTS실전문제연구팀 노트북 대여 안내]

BTS 실전문제연구팀 팀원분들에게 연구 활동을 위한 노트북 대여를 해드리고 있습니다.
노트북 대여가 필요하신 분들은 아래와 같은 절차로 대여 신청을 해주시기 바랍니다.


1. 신청절차: 아래 구글시트에서 노트북 대여 신청 → 예약 완료 → 노트북 수령 → 반납

※노트북 수령/반납: 108동 203-2호(공과대학 교학팀)

2. 안내사항

가. 최대 대여가능기간: 1일 / 다음예약자가 없는 경우에 한해 대여기간 1회 연장가능

나. 예약한 시간 기준 1시간 이내로 미수령 시 예약 자동취소

예시)예약시간: '22.04.01. 10시~16시 → '22.04.01. 11시까지 노트북 미수령 시 자동 예약 취소

다. 연체: 1회-경고(3개월 유지), 2회-한달간 대여정지

We lend laptop to BTS IFRP team members for research activities.
If you need to rent a laptop, please apply for it through the following procedure.


[2022 BTS IFRP Laptop Reservation]

1. Procedure: Make a reservation from Google sheet → Completion of reservation → Borrow PC → Return PC

※Borrow & return at Bldg 108, Rm U203-2 (Administrative office of College of Engineering Academic & Students Affairs Team)

2. Note

A. Maximum loan period: 1 day / Users can renew their loan period 1 time if there's no reservation after.

B. If you do not visit within 1 hour of reservation time, your reservation will be cancelled.

ex) Loan period: '22.04.01. 10:00~16:00 → Reservation will be cancelled if user does not visit by 11:00 a.m.

C. Overdue: 1 time - verbal warning(valid for 3 months), 2 times(cumulative): Rental suspension for 1 month
